1. About Movall
Movall is a marketplace that connects senders with independent truck owners and drivers. We facilitate bookings, pricing and tracking; we do not own the vehicles or employ the drivers.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Drivers must complete KYC and supply valid licence, registration and insurance documents before accepting jobs.
3. Bookings and pricing
Quotes are estimates based on distance, vehicle type, weight and selected extras. Final charges may change if the actual load, route, waiting time or services differ from what was booked.
4. Cancellations
Cancellation fees may apply once a driver has been assigned or dispatched, as shown at the time of cancellation.
5. Conduct and safety
Prohibited, illegal or undeclared hazardous cargo is not allowed. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, falsify documents or endanger others.
6. Liability
Cargo cover is limited to the insurance tier selected at booking. Movall is not liable for indirect or consequential losses beyond that cover.
