What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), trip details (addresses, cargo, pricing), driver KYC documents, device and push subscription data, and live location while a driver is online or a trip is active.
How we use it
To match senders with drivers, calculate quotes, show live tracking and ETAs, verify drivers, prevent fraud, send trip notifications, and improve the service.
Location data
Driver location is shared with the sender only for an active trip and via any tracking link the sender chooses to share. Location history is retained for 24 hours for safety and dispute handling.
Sharing
We share only what is needed with the counterparty of a trip and with service providers for maps, messaging, payments and hosting. We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your account data from the Account screen, or request deletion by contacting us. Verification documents may be retained where regulation requires.
